The Environmental Protection Agency is hosting their annual Circular Economy Conference on Wednesday 25th September in Aviva Stadium, Dublin from 9:00am - 3:30pm.

About the Conference

    This hybrid event will feature:

    • Speakers presenting on their implementation of a circular economy.
    • Policy updates.
    • Insights on opportunities and challenges of implementing circular solutions.
    • Exhibition stands.
    • Opportunity to network with other organisations.

    This event will interest anyone involved in implementing and promoting a circular economy.

    This is a paid for event for both in person and online attendees.


    In-person and online registration are now open. Please register and choose the appropriate ticket type.

    Please read the information below before completing your booking.

    Registration & Booking

    The conference is being administered by Morrow Communications Ltd and all purchase orders/monies for tickets will need to be directed to their account details.

    Please do not send any payments to the EPA.

    Please note that in-person attendees have the option to pay either via credit card or PO. 

    Your in person conference place will not be guaranteed until a valid purchase order number and payment is received (or confirmation of pending receipt).

    Please provide details of the purchase orders and accurate contact details for your accounts department on the booking form.

    Invoices will be emailed to the Lead Booker and copied to accounts contact.

    If you are booking for more than one person, you can add multiple tickets to your order. If Guest names not known, they can be provided at a later stage.

        Booking Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy

        Ticket Validity: Each ticket purchased is valid for admission to the specified event only, as outlined in the ticket description.

        Ticket Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged without prior authorisation from the event organisers.

        Admission Requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry to the event.

        Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the event, ticket holders will be notified via email, and information will be provided regarding refunds or alternative arrangements.

        Event Modifications: The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or line up without prior notice. No refunds will be issued in the case of minor changes to the event.

        Attendance Policy: The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee from the event premises for violating event policies, engaging in disruptive behaviour, or posing a threat to the safety of others.

        Liability: Attendees assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

        Ticket Holder Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ticket purchase. The event organisers are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in ticket details.

        Ticket Availability: Ticket availability is subject to change and may be limited based on venue capacity and demand. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

        Refund Policy:


        Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the event organisers' refund policy and applicable laws.

        Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the event organisers via email. Requests must include the ticket holder's name, contact information, and details of the request.

        Refund Policy: In-person tickets may be refunded until Wednesday, September 11th, 2024. Following this date, in-person tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.

        Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the receipt of a valid refund request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.

        Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the face value of the ticket(s) purchased, excluding any processing fees, service charges, or other non-refundable fees.

        Event Cancellation: In the event of event cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase price.

        Event Postponement or Rescheduling: If the event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders may be given the option to retain their tickets for the new date or request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe outlined by the event organizers.

        Refund Denial: Refund requests may be denied if they do not meet the criteria outlined in the event organisers' refund policy or if they are submitted after the specified deadline.

        Refund Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, the decision of the event organisers will be final and binding.

        Getting to the Venue

        There are strong public transport links in and around Dublin that you can use to access the venue.

        Public Transport:

        By Rail
        Take any northbound (to Malahide) or southbound (to Bray) DART to Lansdowne Road station. Exit the station and turn left onto Lansdowne Road, turning right at the Shelbourne Road junction. Aviva Stadium is 1 minute walk away. Bicycle racks are available at every entrance and within the Main Car Park.

        By Bus

        Dublin Bus lines: 1, 47, 702.

        Pedestrian Entrance
        Please look for signage on Lansdowne Road and enter via Door A and follow signage to Havelock Suite, Level 4.
        Wheelchair Accessible entrance at Door A.

        Traveling by Car

        If travelling by car, paid car parking is available just past entrance A on the left-hand side also. The car park is charged at €2.00 per hour, to a maximum of €10.00 and is open 24 hours per day.


        By car from Dublin Airport:
        From R132, follow signage to the M1. Once on the M1, follow signage onto M50 southbound to East Wall Road/ R131. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the Sean Moore Road/R131, Turn left onto Tritonville Road and turn right onto Newbridge Avenue. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit and continue onto Lansdowne Road. Aviva Stadium will be on your right hand side.

        From south of the city:
        From the N11, follow R138 to Donnybrook. Turn right onto the R815 Angelsea Road towards RDS Arena. Turn a left onto the R118 before taking a right onto R185 Shelbourne Road and the Aviva Stadium will be on your right.
